Rob's discography includes approximately 60 recordings with twenty CDs as a leader or co-leader. I have a new duo with Daniel Levin coming soon on NotTwo, a new trio with Nasheet Waits and Craig Taborn on RoquArt, and a new 4tet on Marge to be recorded. And I recorded a trio with the Oles bros. from Poland on a 2008 tour. And also Planet Dream w/Steve Swell and Daniel Levin. The "SOUNDS" trio with percussionist Satoshi Takeishi and cellist Daniel Levin has a new recording that was released April 2009 entitled Live at Firehouse12 on the NotTwo label. Other recent releases are the quartet CD "Crown Trunk Root Funk" on AUM Fidelity, with Craig Taborn, William Parker and Gerald Cleaver and the duo with drummer Andrew Barker live from Chicago’s Empty Bottle on the Potugese Ruby Red label. Right Hemisphere, a group that was formed in the 80's, with Matthew Shipp, Joe Morris and Whit Dickey has their first relase on RogueArt. And the three latest William Parker cds are now out; "Cornmeal Dance"- the sextet(Raining on the Moon plus pianist Eri Yamamoto), “Petit Oiseau” from the quartet, and Double Sunrise over Neptune, all on AUM Fidelity.
